It was shocking! Jaw dropping shocking! My husband had to insist on seeing a manager who ended up giving us about 15$ off our bill.

They charged us full price for food we were dissatisfied with and tacked on 20% gratuity which is only for groups of six or more! Not to mention the lousy service! The “manager” wouldn’t even come out to see us and the waitress gave us the whopping bill and said, “the manager says sorry”. When we politely commented on our disappointment, things went from bad to worse. Couldn’t taste the alcohol in either of them. Food ordered did not match the description. to just crowd around the bar talking instead of checking on tables. Waitress was apathetic and did not deliver on several things so we just gave up asking. The view of the lake is beautiful but the service was awful and the food is average to below average. We met some friends later the next night, they are locals to the area and said they would never recommend that place because they’ve had awful service as well. They sat a table of 5 behind us and they got their appetizers, dinner, entrées, and check before we were even able to order our main courses. There were three other tables with smaller parties than ours. You can tell it was sitting on the food line for a while, because the plate was extremely hot. And she said “you didn’t get it?” And I said “well, I don’t have anything in front of me.” So she went to check and they had it sitting up on the line as an appetizer because it was an appetizer that I wanted as my main course. About 5 minutes later, the waitress came and asked if we needed anything and I asked her about my entrée. I assumed they were going back to get it. About 10 minutes later she came over and asked if we wanted to place our entrée order so we did.Ībout 25 minutes later, our main courses came. There were roughly 5 appetizers for 7 people.
Then we ordered appetizers and those took roughly 20 minutes. At first I thought everything was fine because she took our drink order and they came pretty quickly. The waitress, Asia, came up to us and said that she and another gentleman by the name of Jeff would be waiting on us. They sat us in a downstairs dining room with about 6 other tables. We told her no, and she gave us an attitude like we should’ve known better. We arrived and told the hostess that we had a party of 7 and she asked if we had a reservation.
